About us

Based in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, Corona was first established in 1999. In 2008 the current proprietors assumed ownership and their dedication to the Corona business is evident in the success it is today.

Corona has successfully fulfilled contracts in industries as diverse as the manufacture and supply of products to the medical field and to flooring businesses. Therefore, we welcome any customers with viable projects, from those who already have an ongoing enterprise which requires a manufacturer, to those with a new concept who require the guidance, expertise and experience the staff at Corona have to offer.

As a family owned business, we can guarantee our clients our utmost care in the manufacture, packaging and distribution of their product. We have invested heavily in the Corona business and we endeavour to continue its success, so by choosing us as the manufacturer of your product you can be assured you have chosen a business that genuinely cares about your product.

The Corona Team has strong beliefs in the protection of our natural environment and these beliefs are at the core of the business.

Traditionally, the Plastic Injection Moulding process produces little waste – ‘leftovers’ can be remoulded instead of being disposed of. However, Corona wasn’t satisfied with this alone and chose to research and invest in state of the art equipment, which has dramatically reduced running costs. Our new ‘Borche’ machinery has reduced both energy and consumable costs – savings for us that can be passed to our clients, making Corona a more competitive choice for your manufacturing needs.

Our mantra is to reduce, recycle and reuse but without compromising quality. Contact Corona now – 028 3832 3452 – if you require a quotation or advice about the manufacture of your product. Our experience and professionalism will ensure your product is in caring hands.

We at Corona just love technological innovations designed to save energy, therefore, after considerable research, we choose ‘Borche’ as the supplier of our latest injection moulding machine. Delighted with the efficiency of our new machinery, we can now boast:

  • Reduced cycle times
  • A saving of 35%-75% power, compared with conventional constant delivery pump injection moulding – a saving which can be passed onto our customer
  • Higher reliability and precision of manufacturing
  • Enhanced power saving and reduced water consumption
  • Increased production from 40,000 to over 100,000 units per day
