DESIGN

We can facilitate a CAD Designer who will assist you in taking your sketches to a 3D graphic design.

TOOLING

Tools are the moulds used by the Injection Moulding Machines to produce the end product.

MANUFACTURE

Our current production volumes have risen from 40,000 to over 100,000 units per day.

Corona Plastics Quality Control

QUALITY CONTROL

Corona's dedicated injection moulding machines are subject to regular inspections and are meticulously maintained to ensure against defects. Similarly our injection tools are also inspected for wear & tear.

Our quality team check finished products for Sink Marks (uneven surface during hardening), Gas marks (burn marks from compressed air), Flash (plastic leakage), Short shots (not enough plastic during mould process) plus other defects during the production cycle. In the exceptional circumstance of a problem, the Corona team will be relentless in finding and adapting a solution to guarantee a satisfactory outcome.
